Our story
The Engage Partnership was set up in 2017 in a small office in Central Bristol.
Lewis Griffin stepped up as Managing Director in 2020 and has leveraged his superpower to motivate and energise the Engage Team all whilst holding the billable margin top spot and being a father to 4.
Founding member Tim Murray-Brown had been in leadership roles for over 20 years prior to starting the business in his late 40s which allowed him to apply all the skills learnt over his career.
Since the start, our very focus has been on building partnerships that leverage our core values of being transparent, promoting equality with a personable approach.
We know recruitment has been male dominated for generations which is why we’re breaking the mould and ensuring we’re supporting hires from a wide range of backgrounds regardless of sex, ethnicity, or educational background to name a few.
Our plan is to grow to 18 staff over the next 12 months whilst expanding into new markets including AI specialisms.
In support of our recent European expansion, by 2026 we are aiming to have cemented our place within the Dutch tech industry with a brand-new office opening.
